Litigation Family Law Expertise Mark graduated from Monash University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). In 2009 Mark completed his Articles at Blake Dawson and spent a further year in their litigation and dispute resolution team, before joining Brand Partners in 2011. Mark has broad experience in commercial litigation and has dealt with matters in all State Courts, as well as in the Federal Court and the Federal Magistrates Court. He has also represented clients at VCAT. Mark’s litigation practice includes: • debt recovery; • building and construction; • defamation; • shareholder oppression; • insolvency law; • land contamination; • breach of directors duties; • contractual disputes; and • insurance finance issues. Further, Mark works in the area of family law. He takes great pleasure in assisting people going through an emotionally difficult period by providing clear and concise legal advice and by working hard to achieve an outcome which is best for them and their family.
