Jane holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence/Bachelor of Laws and is an LIV Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist.

After commencing her career in Western Australia, Jane moved to Melbourne and was appointed corporate counsel to the liquidator for the Pyramid Building Societies liquidation. As part of her role she coordinated over 300 litigation proceedings in the High Court, Federal Court and in all jurisdictions in Australia.

Jane has been a partner of the Firm since 1996.

She has an extensive practice in corporations and commercial law actions in the Supreme and Federal Courts.

Jane is committed to making a contribution to the community. Brand Partners have made a substantial contribution to the Melbourne International Jazz Festival. Jane is a director of the Festival and is part of the continuing vision to promote Melbourne as the jazz capital of Australia.

Jane recently presented a paper to the Commercial Litigation Master Class which articulates her philosophy to Commercial Litigation.
