Funda has a broad range of commercial experience, particularly in financial services, corporate advisory and general corporate and commercial work. She has acted for a diverse range of clients including fund managers, investment advisors, superannuation trustees, custodians, financial planners and stock brokers.

Funda has experience and expertise working in:

• Corporations Act advice and commercial transactions including joint ventures, partnership and shareholder agreements
• sale and purchase of businesses
• establishing retail managed investment schemes
• financial service regulation ie licensing and disclosure requirements
• public and private capital raisings

Funda is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Limited and Australian Women in Finance.

She joined the Brand Partners team in May 2010 as a Senior Associate.
