Joanna completed her Bachelor of Laws degree with honours in 2003 and her Masters of Laws (International and
Comparative Law) in 2006. After completing articles and working in the litigation team at Blake Dawson Waldron,
Joanna worked in commercial litigation at Jacobsons Lawyers with a focus on international commercial litigation.
Joanna's principal areas of practice include:

- Dispute Resolution (negotiation, mediation & arbitration)
- Workplace Relations, Equal Opportunity & Discrimination disputes
In addition, Joanna has completed training in international mediation, "med-arb" and negotiation at Tulane
Law School, New Orleans and Humboldt Universitaat, Berlin and travels to Vienna each year to arbitrate the Willem C
Vis International Commercial Arbitration.
Prior to completing her law degree, Joanna was a motorsport photographer and travelled extensively with the V8 Supercars.
