
He has completed his Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University and has qualified to graduate with first class honours in May 2008. During his time at university, he has travelled extensively across the world, representing Victoria University in several domestic and international mooting competitions.
Damian has had an article on employment law published in the Murdoch University E-Law Journal and is in the process of having another article, concerning constitutional interpretation, published.
Damian has worked with the Family Law Assistance program in Clayton for 3 years as a volunteer and Victoria Legal Aid in their duty program at the Magistrates Court for 12 months. He currently sits on the Cheltenham Village Committee and actively pursues an interest in kendo. He also continues to assist Victoria University as a tutor and assistant mooting coach.
