
The early years of Chris' career were spent at Phillips Fox where he developed a solid grounding in property law and, notably, worked closely with the various brands and divisions of Coles Myer on their national property requirements. In 1995 Chris moved to Minter Ellison where he practised primarily in commercial property with a specific focus on property development, telecommunications, business acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing.
Between January 1998 and April 1999 Chris was the Legal & Regulatory Director for a national telecommunications company and oversaw all legal aspects of the deployment of telecommunications sites throughout Australia during a very heady period in the telecommunications industry.
In 1999 Chris returned to legal practice with Brand Partners and has since assisted Brand Partners in servicing its existing client base as well as growing its property and commercial law practice.
Chris has been an Accredited Specialist in Property Law since 1991 and currently sits on both the Property Law and Commercial Tenancy Law specialisation committees of the Law Institute of Victoria.
