In addition to his undergraduate degrees, Jeremy has undertaken and completed postgraduate studies in Corporate and Securities Law at the University of Melbourne and mediation electives at Bond University.  Jeremy has also been awarded accreditation by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Commercial Litigation Specialist.

In addition to extensive legal experience, Jeremy has the benefit of direct operational business experience and currently sits on boards of management.

Jeremy has worked for many years as an structuring business activities, drafting contracts,

Jeremy's practice includes: 

• structuring businesses and commercial ventures
• drafting and advising on commercial agreements
• commercial litigation, Australia-wide;
• acting for corporations and individual directors and officers in claims against them by the ACCC;
• debt control and dispute resolution;
• litigating claims under the Trade Practices Act;
• representing Asian businesses in business development and dispute resolution matters in Australia;
• assisting lenders in the enforcement of mortgages; and
• acting for liquidators, administrators and receivers.

Jeremy has also worked extensively as a commercial legal adviser in the Middle East including Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Jeremy is a serving member of the board of Bicycle Victoria.  He is a bike junkie owning (at last count) 5 bikes of varying styles.  He is on the board of management and operational director of St Kilda Cycles.   

Jeremy's principal areas of practice are:
